The challenge
Geep Industries wanted sustainability to be more than a reporting obligation. It wanted emissions, energy and efficiency data to guide real operating decisions. The problem was fragmentation: the numbers that told the sustainability story lived across different plants, systems and spreadsheets, reconciled by hand and always slightly out of date.
Our approach

We connected the source systems into one governed layer, defined the metrics that mattered once, and built dashboards that surfaced the hidden patterns in the data rather than shipping another static report.
